·        Orders are dispatched only after payment verification and quality inspection.

·        You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

·        Free standard shipping may be offered for orders above a minimum value (as per current promotions).

·        Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

·        Protective measures are taken to ensure jewellery arrives untarnished and intact.

·        Packaging is designed for a delightful unboxing experience for you or your recipient.

6. Tracking Your Order

·        Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

·        You can monitor your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system.

·        For international shipments, tracking updates may vary depending on local carriers.

7. Address Accuracy

·        Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

·        DIVAZY is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address entries.

·        In case of a returned shipment due to incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

·        All shipments are insured by default.

·        In the rare event of damage or loss during transit:

a.      Notify DIVAZY within 24 hours of delivery.

b.      Provide photos and/or unboxing video if applicable.

·        Verified damaged or lost items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
