Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer general returns or exchanges. Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions outlined below.
By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are accepted only if the item is:
- Visibly damaged, or
- Defective upon delivery
Requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
Items must remain:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original packaging with tags intact
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure fair resolution and prevent misuse:
A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video with a full 360° view is mandatory for:
- Damaged product claims
- Missing item claims
- Incorrect product claims
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show sealed packaging from all angles (360° view)
- Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts
- Clearly display the product condition
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and product standards:
- Earrings
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Gift cards (if applicable)
5. Conditions for Rejection
Refund requests will be rejected if:
- Product shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
- Exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals is evident
- Packaging or tags are missing
- Request is made after the allowed timeframe
- Product is tampered with or altered
6. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- The product will undergo a quality inspection
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Important:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed only after the product is received and verified
7. Anti-Tarnish Disclaimer
Our jewellery is designed to be anti-tarnish; however:
- Longevity depends on usage and care
- Exposure to water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals may affect the finish
- Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect
Refunds will not be approved for issues caused by improper care.
8. Fraud Prevention
To maintain fairness:
- False or fraudulent claims will be strictly rejected
- Repeated suspicious activity may result in account restrictions
- DIVAZY reserves the right to refuse service in such cases
9. Damaged Shipment Claims
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide unboxing video (360°) + clear photos
After verification, a refund will be processed at our discretion.
10. Final Decision Authority
All refund decisions are subject to final approval by DIVAZY after inspection.
Our decision will be final and binding.
